As a seaside town, Burriana has 10km. Of coastline, divided in zones from north to south: La Serratella, La Malvarosa, El Grao, Les Terrasses, Sant Gregori and Santa Bárbara. Most of these are beaches that, in the summer, welcome a great deal of tourists from different parts of Spain and Europe, but without becoming the cramped beaches that we see in other touristic locations.

This particular beach is 2km. long, and it stands out not only for its fine sand and for the quality of its waters, but also for the facilities that allow handicapped people and the Red Cross easy access to the beach. It has reacently bean awarded with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates of Calidad and Medio Ambiente (quality and environment).
